Questions
Can we add our company or nonprofit logo?
Yes. Upload your logo as a PNG or JPG and place it on the front, back or both. For the sharpest print, use a logo at least 1,500 pixels wide with a transparent background. The studio warns you if it's too small.
Can staff and volunteers have different shirts?
Yes. Make one design, then use "Add another color or size" in the cart to order it on a second color, or change the word on the back. Both count together toward the bulk price.
Can we order aprons or tote bags with the same logo?
Yes. After adding your design to the cart, use "Put it on another product" to place the same design on an apron, tote bag, hoodie or mug.
Can we order more when new people join?
Yes. Send yourself an approval link from the proof. It opens your design again any time, ready to order more in new sizes.
Can everyone pick their own size?
Yes. Send a group link: each person adds their name and size, and you check out once for everyone.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one shirt or a whole group's worth. Larger orders get a lower price per shirt, and your quote shows it as you add sizes.
How long does it take?
Small orders are printed in 2–5 business days, then shipped. Orders of 24 or more shirts take 10–14 business days to print. Have a date to hit? Add it in your cart under "Need it by" so we can plan for it.

What to put on a staff shirt
Staff shirts are read from a distance, often from behind. The layouts that work best:
- Back: one big word, "Staff", "Volunteer", "Crew" or "Ask me", in a bold block font, 10–12 inches wide.
- Front: your logo on the left chest or full chest, plus the event name and year if the shirt is for one event.
- Color: a bright or dark shirt with high-contrast lettering, so staff stand out in a crowd. Different colors for staff, volunteers and security help people find the right person.
Shirts for every kind of crew
Restaurants and coffee shops order tees and aprons with the same logo. Festivals and conferences order staff and volunteer shirts in two colors. Coaches and team parents order the team design with "Coach" on the back. Churches and nonprofits order for service days and keep the design to reorder next year.
