Order Processing Times

Orders with 1-23 items: 2-5 business days

Orders with 24 or more items: 10-14 business days
Please note that shipping time is in addition to processing time.
Shipping Estimates

United States: Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) from $5.95 by weight. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

European Union: from €5.95; free on orders of €90 or more.

United Kingdom: from £4.95; free on orders of £75 or more.
Delivery times vary by location. Orders outside the United States may owe customs duties or taxes on delivery.
Event Orders
If you need your order by a specific date (a birthday, family reunion, bachelorette party, etc.):
- Enter the date in the "Need it by" field on the cart page, and add any details in the notes box.
- We will confirm whether we can meet your date or suggest alternatives.
- For the best results, order at least a month before your event.
International Orders
We currently ship to the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. For other countries, please contact our customer service team.
Tracking and Delivery Issues

We email tracking information for every order.If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check around your property and with neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- If it's still unresolved, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the stated delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages
While rare, packages can be lost or stolen. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. Please contact us right away if you think your package is lost or stolen.
