Questions
When should we order for race day?
About four weeks before the race for 24 or more shirts, so there's time to print and ship. Add your race date in the cart under "Need it by". If registrations come in late, order the bulk of the sizes first and add the rest later as a second order.
Can we put sponsor logos on the back?
Yes. Upload each sponsor's logo in the studio and arrange them on the back. Ask sponsors for their logo as a PNG with a transparent background, at least 1,500 pixels wide, so it prints sharply. The studio warns you if a logo is too small.
Can volunteers get a different shirt?
Yes. Make your runner design, then use "Add another color or size" in the cart to order the same design on a different color for volunteers, or change the word on the back to "Volunteer" or "Staff". Both count together toward the bulk price.
Do you have kids' sizes for family fun runs?
Yes: youth tees and hoodies, plus toddler tees, so the whole family can run in the same design.
Can everyone pick their own size?
Yes. Send a group link: each person adds their name and size, and you check out once for everyone.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one shirt or a whole group's worth. Larger orders get a lower price per shirt, and your quote shows it as you add sizes.
How long does it take?
Small orders are printed in 2–5 business days, then shipped. Orders of 24 or more shirts take 10–14 business days to print. Have a date to hit? Add it in your cart under "Need it by" so we can plan for it.

Planning shirts for a 5K or charity walk
Race shirts do two jobs: they thank the people who signed up, and they carry the cause and the sponsors' names long after race day. A few things make the order easier:
- Keep the front simple. The race name, the year and one picture read best from across a parking lot. Save the details for the back.
- Give sponsors the back. A grid of logos under "Thank you to our sponsors" is the usual layout. Collect logos early; a small or blurry logo is the most common reason a shirt order waits.
- Order from your registrations. Count sizes from your sign-up list, then add a few extra in the most common sizes for day-of sign-ups.
- Pick a color for volunteers. The same design on a different shirt color makes volunteers easy to find on the course.
Awareness walks and memorial runs
Ribbon designs come in the studio's colors, so a pink-ribbon design can become teal, gold or purple for your cause. Add a name and a date to honor someone, or a line like "Walking for Mom" that each walker can change.
